Parent-Teacher Student Meeting
Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting (P.T.S.M.) will be conducted on the last day of every month between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. This platform allows parents to meet with teachers and the principal, along with their ward, to collaboratively discuss academic progress and personal development. Parents are encouraged to recognize the value of these meetings and attend regularly to support their child's growth.
Parent’s Role
Parents are expected to make sure their child brings the school diary to school daily.
Parents are requested to complete the student details section on the first two pages of the diary without delay after buying it.
Parents should ensure that their ward completes all daily assignments regularly. They are also expected to read and sign any notes or remarks sent by the class teacher or subject teacher. The school diary serves as a channel for two-way communication, and parents are encouraged to use it to convey messages or concerns. Special pages have been provided in the diary for this purpose and should be utilized as needed.
It is the responsibility of parents to see that their child carries all necessary books and notebooks as per the timetable each day.
Leave Application
Students must attend school regularly. In case of any urgent absence, a leave application signed by the parent should be submitted either a day in advance or on the same day.
Unauthorized absence from school will be regarded as a serious violation of school policies. Disciplinary action may be taken against students who fail to adhere to attendance regulations.
During examination days, leave applications will only be accepted with a valid medical certificate.
