School Transport – Safe & Reliable Commute
The school provides a safe and reliable transportation service through its own fleet of well-maintained buses, operating on pre-designated routes planned by the administration. Parents who wish to avail of this facility must indicate their preference in the relevant section of the admission form.
Key Guidelines for School Transport:
Designated Stops Only: Buses will pick up and drop off students strictly at the designated stops.
Punctuality: Students must arrive at their stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
Safe Waiting: While waiting for the bus, students must stand peacefully and away from the main road for their safety.
February & March Policy: Withdrawal from the bus facility is not permitted during February and March.
Re-enrollment: If a student discontinues the bus service and wishes to resume it within the same academic year, they must pay for the entire intervening period, subject to school approval.
Change Requests: Any request for a change in transport arrangements must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reason.
Discontinuation Notice: To discontinue use of the transport service, parents must give one month’s notice in advance; otherwise, charges for that month will be applicable.
Risk Clause: The school transport facility is offered at the parents' own risk and responsibility.
